Rating as used describing the items:

New         : New and unused with  the box and papers.
As new     : Has had a previous owner but looks unused
Mint       : Without mentionable traces of use
A             : Very minor visible traces of use.
B             : Less than average traces of use.
C             : Average traces of use.
D             : Heavily marked

Dents, scratches and other damages are always mentioned. The optical quality of lenses is always described.         I give special attention to the coating of the lens.
